Description
This course provides a framework for requirements definition work as well as an introduction to the techniques involved in requirement definition.
Learning objectives
Following an iterative approach to requirements definition
• Involving users/clients in business and system requirement definition process (efficient data gathering)
• Link requirements to overall business goals
• Confirm and refine identified requirements
• Develop and manage the requirements specification throughout the development process

Course duration
• In house seminar: 4 days, 2 blocs of 2 days each.
