Description
In an era of stiff competition and rapidly evolving technologies, the business processes within any organization are called upon to demonstrate greater effectiveness and increased efficiency. Proactive managers and creative team members are key to the success of introducing, managing and evaluating the changes in today's workplace.

Learning objectives
• Help improve the performance of the organization.
• Through presentations and several practical workshops, the participants will understand and be able to apply the basic concepts of Business Process Re-engineering and Process Improvement.
• Identify the processes to target, analyse them and decide if they should be improved or replaced.
• Plan the steps to improve processes.
• Ensure that measurable results are achieved by process improvement or re-engineering efforts.
• Help participants articulate a communication plan to ensure participation and cooperation of all parties to the Business Process Re-engineering and Process Improvement process.
